  • Tree and shrub procurement, including overseas sourcing

Operations Director

Shane Moore

Experience:

  • Over 24 years of landscape industry experience.
  • Experience in managing commercial, public and domestic clients.
  • Experienced in contract management, building strong relationships with Clients and Landscape Architects.
  • Fully competent in all aspects of Health and Safety.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of all landscape works.
  • Managed many diverse and profitable Contracts; safely, to budget, quality and programme.

  • City and Guilds Horticulture level 3.

Senior Construction Manager

Neil Walby

Experience:

  • Over 30 years of landscape industry experience.
  • Extensive senior management and project management skills with key experience in leading and developing a team to deliver a wide range of commercial landscape construction contracts.
  • Key skills and experience in construction, horticulture, contract management, team development, project programming, resource management, estimating, HSQE compliance, financial management, client relations and senior level reporting.
  • Fully competent in all aspects of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Quality Assurance and Environmental considerations.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of all aspects of hard and soft landscaping.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent results in terms of stakeholder engagement, client satisfaction, quality delivery, a safe and considerate approach together with routinely producing profits that meet or exceed internal budget expectations.

Chris Jameson

Experience:

  • Over 16 years of professional landscape experience.
  • Managing high-end residential and commercial client accounts.

  • Extensive knowledge of pest control and turf management practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of irrigation system installation and management.

  • Working safely at Heights.
  • Osha 40-hour safety training.

Head of Estimating

Sam Woods

Experience:

  • Over 11 years of landscape industry and construction surveying experience.
  • Measuring, and compiling BOQS of landscaping schemes.
  • Valuating, final accounts and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Sustaining and building new client pipeline
  • Working with operation and procurement to deliver projects within budget

Qualifications:

  • Business Studies A Level
  • Financial Studies IFS Level 3 Diploma
Financial Consultant

Julian Benkel

Julian is a Chartered Accountant and governance expert with over 40 years’ experience across the financial, construction and service sectors; 30 years of which at Board level. In his career Julian has lead start-ups and management buy-outs, working in small business and major PLCs. He has also invested 25 years in being a Governor for a successful and popular local secondary school in Brighton. Julian assists Nigel and his team on strategic financial matters.

  • Experienced at contract management, building strong relationships with landscape architects, clients and main contractors
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude to make projects happen
  • Fully competent in all aspects of Health and Safety including Risk assessments, Method Statements and Tool Box talks.

Ross Jackson

  • Fully competent in all aspects of Health and Safety including Risk assessments,

  • Extensive technical knowledge of hard and soft landscape works, including green infrastructure, living walls, green roofs and wildflower meadow creation
  • Managed many diverse and profitable Contracts; safely, to budget, quality and programme.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of environmental strategies and action plans to ensure corporate sustainable development including all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy.

Coren McDonnell

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience across the construction industry
  • Worked in onshore and landfall HV cable installation, cut-and-carve renovations,
