Acre Landscapes Ltd are committed to protect the privacy of all personal data and have policies in place to prevent data breaches through loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised access.
This privacy notice explains how we collect, handle and store personal data to meet the company’s data protection standards and to comply with data protection law.

In pursuing and performing our contracts, Acre Landscapes needs to gather and use certain information about individuals. These can include customers, suppliers, business contacts, employees and other people the company has a relationship with or may need to contact in connection with the company’s landscaping business. We may collect and process data through the information you give us by telephone, correspondence, email and face to face.
Everyone who works for Acre Landscapes Ltd has some responsibility for ensuring personal data is collected, stored and handled appropriately and to take proper precautions to prevent data breaches. Each person working for the company knows to ensure that data is handled and processed in accordance with GDPR Regulations. The only people able to access personal data covered by this policy should be those who need it for their work within Acre Landscapes Ltd.
All personal data we hold electronically is protected from unauthorised access, destruction, loss or theft by suitable backed-up systems under firewall, software security and strong password protection and is held only as long as legally required for us to do so. The data we store on paper is kept in a secure place and only as long as legally required.
We want our customers to know that we will never sell or pass on your details to third parties for advertising or other purposes. We use the information you have given us to provide you with the best customer service we can.

You may also exercise your right to have your personal data removed from our records. Your request for your data to be erased (the right to be forgotten by us) should be sent to the email address as above. We want to ensure that our data is accurate. We therefore ask our customers to inform us immediately of any errors or omissions they are aware of so that we can rectify the situation.
