Springfield Park – London SW17
Opened in July 2025, Springfield Park stands as the largest new park to be created in London since the 2012 Olympics – a vibrant 32-acre green space at the heart of Springfield Village in South West London.
This landmark destination blends nature, recreation, and community spirit. Designed as a park for everyone, it features a welcoming pavilion café, an open-air amphitheatre, a fitness trail, family play areas, tranquil ponds, and more than 700 newly planted trees. Each element has been carefully planned to encourage connection – with nature, with wellbeing and with one another.
We’re incredibly proud to have been involved in the delivery of such a transformative project. As part of the wider regeneration of the former NHS land surrounding Springfield University Hospital, the park forms the green heart of a new neighbourhood – bringing accessible green space, biodiversity, and community life to South West London.
