New Monks Park, Shoreham, Sussex
New public park project
Acting as principle contractor, our scope of works included soil remediation, invasive weed treatment, planting 300+ semi mature trees, 60,000+ native tree and shrub species together with extensive grassland and wildflower seeding.
The successful creation of this new 22 hectare public country park required careful protection and improvement works for a number of WW2 historical monuments on site and the existing wetland areas to minimise impact, protect these important aspects and help provide improved habitat features for local wildlife.
