Barking Riverside Emerge East Community Event
September 2024
Emerge East returned in September 2024 to Barking Riverside. This free festival was another celebration of community, creativity and nature and offered an exciting day out discovering one of East London’s newest neighbourhoods.
The event also featured creative workshops for the whole family, an independent Makers Market showcasing local talent and thriving businesses, and a variety of food, drink, performances, walks, talks, wellness workshops, music, and more.
We set up our Autumnal Planting Display Workshop for passers by to have a go at planting their own display baskets to take home and brighten up their outdoor spaces as the nights draw in.
